Eligibility

We are a not-for-profit organization and are only allowed to conduct business with people who fit into one or more of the following categories. Only advertised "bare-bones" sales are open to the public.
However if someone is in a temporary situation where help with a PC is needed we will consider it.

-Health care card holder
-People with a disability
-People in difficult situations
-Student card holder (Tafe/Uni/K-12)
-Other Charities (If approved)

We sell used desktop & laptop computers

You will find computers that have the same software but slightly different hardware. The cost varies between $80 - $130 depending on how old / powerful the computer is.

We can have several computer models available at a time, however you will typically find Dell computers that have Intel i5 processors, 8GB RAM, and 250GB hard drives. Some of our laptops have 128GB hard drives, but use solid state drives; which are faster and more reliable.

Our computers come with a three month warranty. After that period, any work done on the computer will cost a small fee. Keep in mind that we may not always have the right spare parts for your particular computer.

We provide peripherals!

Each desktop purchase comes with a free Mouse + Keyboard + Monitor. 
Extra monitors can be purchased for $20
Keyboards and Mouses can be provided for free to individuals.

A mixture of random computer equipment can be found at the front of the sales desk that is free of charge.

Repairs

Only computers that have been bought at the Mandurah Muscateers can be bought in for repair. The price of each repair varies depending on the type of problem and amount of time a technician spends on it.

All of our computers are sold with a genuine copy of Windows 10 PRO edition that is pre-activated and up to date.  

You will find software pre-installed on our machines such as Google Chrome, Adobe Reader,  7-Zip, Ashampoo Burning Studio,  and VLC media player. These are all free and can be uninstalled any time.

​We also provide a  copy of Libre Office V7 on all of our machines. Includes a word processor and Spreadsheet
